SUHFORM Model
Mesh repair and model preparation for dental practices, labs, and model printing. Clean up scans before Align or Crown, or prepare printing models as a standalone workflow.
CBCT and DICOM processing, scan registration, and bone reference points. Planned as a separate app connected to Align through file exchange.
SUHFORM MODEL / PLANNED SCOPE
Prepare the mesh. Shape the model.
A standalone tool for scan cleanup and printing-model preparation.
Inspect & repair
Highlight holes, flipped or overlapping faces, disconnected fragments, and non-manifold edges. Fill defects while preserving designated margin regions.
Remesh
Create more uniform triangles with a target edge length, while preserving sharp features and protected regions.
Make solid
Combine overlapping meshes into one connected, closed solid and remove internal overlapping faces and shells.
Hollow
Create a hollow model with a defined wall thickness to reduce printing resin use. Drain-hole options are under consideration.
Boolean & extrude
Union, subtract, or intersect meshes. Extend boundaries to support model bases and thickness creation.
Register & compare
Start with corresponding points, refine the surface match, and inspect differences with a color-coded deviation map.
Planned file workflow STL / PLY / OBJ input. STL output with original coordinates preserved, plus a JSON operation history.
Local processing by design Planned to process scan files in your browser without uploading patient files to a server.
Model is planned and is not available yet. Protection controls, hollowing defaults, extrusion options, and registration export behavior remain to be finalized.
